About Nick Picklo

Nick Picklo, having been raised in and around the housing industry, has a wealth of knowledge that he eagerly shares with clients, aiding each individual's arrival to their destination. Nick is a Certified Graduate Builder, a licensed Real Estate Broker, and has spent the last 15 years in the custom home building industry as Vice President for Picklo Homes, as well as head of their marketing department.

The process of selling one's current home, locating a new property, or even designing and building a home can be a daunting task, if for no other reason than the number of parties involved.  After witnessing this cycle for years, Nick decided he could go beyond just designing and building his clients a home - why not help his clients in all aspects of the process? As a result, Picklo Realty became a reality.

Picklo Realty now serves the North Houston communities of Cypress, Magnolia, Tomball, Conroe, Montgomery, and The Woodlands.  Services offered include assisting clients in buying a new home, selling their current residence, buying or selling land, and locating rental property.

What Picklo Realty Offers Buyers

Nick Picklo has a great depth of experience in everything from new construction to raw land, which gives him a distinct perspective when helping a client purchase a new home, sell an existing one, or locating a lot on which to build.  This wide scope of knowledge also allows him to evaluate a property, to identify potential difficulties, or even to point out quality of construction issues prior to an inspection. All of which may help you, the client, save time and money.

What Picklo Realty Offers Sellers

Having experience with construction and each process that goes into building a home, it is easy for Nick Picklo to explain, in layman's terms, the quality of construction, the architectural details, the "behind the walls" details, and the energy features of the clients' home to a potential buyer. There is no question about it; Nick's experience in construction sets him ahead of his peers.
